At KEEN Fragrances, we move fast. Orders are processed every business day and shipped with care. Please review the details below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
β’ Orders are processed MondayβFriday (excluding major U.S. holidays).
β’ Orders placed before 12PM PST typically ship the same business day.
β’ Orders placed after 12PM PST ship the next business day.
β’ During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take up to 2 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We ship via major U.S. carriers.
β’ Standard Shipping: 4β7 business days on average after dispatch.
β’ Shipping time is an estimate, not a guarantee.
KEEN Fragrances is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, holidays, or peak season congestion.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
β’ We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
β’ Reshipment requires a new shipping payment.
β’ If the package is returned to us, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked βDeliveredβ by the carrier, KEEN Fragrances is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors and household members.

File a claim directly with the carrier.
We may assist as a courtesy, but replacements are not guaranteed.
5. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
β’ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
β’ Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement.
6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
β’ Delivery times vary by country.
β’ Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
β’ We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
7. Shipping Delays
While we aim for fast delivery, KEEN Fragrances does not guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:

β’ Weather disruptions
β’ Supply chain interruptions
β’ Incorrect address information
Shipping fees are non-refundable due to carrier delays.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters fulfillment immediately.
β’ We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
β’ If your order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
